Main Performance

  • ● Low temperature winding
    After -65℃, 4h low temperature winding test, the insulation should not be cracked, water immersion withstand voltage 1.5kV, Imin test should not be broken. Cable by -55 ℃, 4h of low temperature winding test, protection should not crack, diffuse water withstand electric music test 1.0V, 1min should not breakdown.
  • ● Temperature outside the strike
    Wire by (260 +2) ℃ x 30min, (-55 +3) ℃ x 30min for I cycle, a total of 4 cycles of temperature shock test, no crack, no flared open, insulation shrinkage ‘2.3lmm.
  • ● Shrinkage of insulation
    The wire is stored at a temperature of (290+2)℃, and the amount of insulation shrinkage is ≤0.76mm.
  • ● Laminated sealing
    Wire and cable by (200 + 2) ℃, 48h test, insulation and sheath layer should be no delamination or layer separation phenomenon.
  • ● Moisture resistance
    Wire after 15 cycles, a total of 360h moisture resistance test, the specimen is immersed in 5% chlorinated pin solution for 4h, after 500V insulation resistance test, resistance value > 100MΩ .km.
  • ● Combustion
    Enchanting wires and cables in the process of combustion test shall not have combustion abatement burning the napkin below the specimen. Test conditions for the fire time 30s, delayed combustion time S30s, delayed combustion length ≤ 76mmm.
  • ● The wire colour is white by default. Multi-core cables (maximum number of cores is 7), the insulation colour sequence is designed as white, blue, red, yellow, green, orange, brown.Brown. The sheath colour is white by default if there is no special requirement.

Application

XTA series high-performance transmission wire is a new generation of products designed and developed on the basis of implementing the national military standard GJB773B-2015,GJB773A-2000 and referring to the U.S. military standards MIL-W-22759/32~35 and MIL-W-22759/41~46.

  • XTA series high performance transmission Wire is made of Ethylene tetrafluoroethylene copolymer (ETFE) insulation, which is cross-linked after irradiation with a certain dose of high-energy electrons. Its special structure makes the wire have the following characteristics: small outer diameter, light weight, flame retardant, aging resistance, high mechanical strength, resistance to chemical erosion and ease of use, etc. All of these superior performances meet the requirements of space and weight of aviation and airborne equipment, and provide safe and reliable mechanical and chemical properties.   • High and low temperature resistance: XTA series of high-performance transmission Wire by irradiation crosslinking of the insulation and sheath layer increases the polymer material resistance to high temperature characteristics, temperature up to 200 ℃, and can be sustained through the 300 ℃, 7 hours of accelerated aging test, this temperature is much higher than the melting temperature of the ETFE (270 ℃), these characteristics of the life of the conductor and the characteristics of the melt does not make a very good thermal stability. At the same time XTA1 series high performance transmission line also has very good low temperature resistance characteristics, at low temperatures -65 ℃ still maintains good flexibility, and at temperatures below the same characteristics.
  • Excellent radiation resistance: XTA series high performance transmission Wire have good oxygen stability due to cross-linking of fluorinated copolymers for insulation and jacketing, and can resist ionizing radiation and remain soft when exposed to 5×108Rad radiation.
