该电缆参照按GB9331-88、GB/T13029-2003、IEC92-350、IEC332-3生产,同时还可根据用户需要按国际电工委员会推荐标准IEC、英国标准、德国标准及美国标准生产。
The cables are manufactured according to the standard of GB9331-88、GB/T13029-2003、IEC92-350、IEC332-3, at the same time, they are also can be manufactured according to the standard of IEC, BS, DIN and AEIC.
1、乙丙橡胶绝缘氯丁护套船用软电力电缆,额定电压 0.6/1KV,三芯,35 mm2,燃烧特性为D型,表示为:CEFR/DA-0.6/1 3×35 EPR insulated CR sheath flexible shipboard power cable,rated voltage 0.6/1KV ,3 cores,35mm2 Combustion Performance D,showed as CEFR/DA-0.6/1 3×35
2、乙丙橡皮绝缘氯磺化聚乙烯内套裸铜丝编织铠装船用电力电缆,额定电压 0.6/1KV,三芯,50 mm2,燃烧特性为DA型,表示为:CEH80/SA-0.6/1 3×50 EPR insulated CPE sheath copper wire braided armour shipboarded power Cable,rated voltage 0.6/1kv ,3 cores,50mm2,Combustion Performance DA,showed as CEH80/SA-0.6/1 3×50
3、乙丙橡皮绝缘氯磺化聚乙烯内套钢丝编织铠装聚氯乙烯外套船用电力电缆,额定电压 0.6/1KV,三芯,35 mm2,燃烧特性为DA型,表示为:CEH92/SA-0.6/1 3×35 EPR insualted CPE sheath,steel wire braided armour PVC outer sheath shipboard power cable,rated voltage 0.6/1kv,3 cores,35mm2,Combustion Performance DA,showed as CEH92/SA-0.6/1 3×35
4、聚氯乙烯绝缘和护套船用电力电缆,表示为:CVV/DA PVC insulated and sheath shipboard power cable,showed as CVV/DA
5、交联聚乙烯绝缘PVC护套船用电力电缆,表示为:CJV/DA XLPE insulated and PVC sheath shipboard power cable
6、天然丁苯橡皮绝缘船用电力电缆,表示为:CXF NR,SBR insulated shipboard power cable,showed as CXF
使用特性 operating characteristic
1、额定电压:Uo/U 0.6/1KV 2、除软电缆可供移动设备使用外,其他电缆均为固定敷设,敷设时电缆的允许弯曲半径见下表: Except flexible cable be suitable for mobile equipment, the others should be for fixed installation.when laying,The allowed bending radius see the table below

3、电缆最低敷设温度:聚氯乙烯护套为-15℃,其他均为-20℃。 The ambient temperature under installation should not be below -15℃ for PVC sheath, others -20 ℃
4、电缆的燃烧特性Combustion Charaeteristies
单根垂直阻燃(DA)型电缆能经受GB12666.2(IEC332-1)规定的单根垂直燃烧试验。
Single Vertical flame retardant(DA) test can pass GB12666.2(IEC332-1)
成束阻燃(SA)型电缆能经受GB12666.5(IEC332-3)规定的成束燃烧试验。
bunched flame retardant test (SA) can pass GB12666.5(IEC332-3)
低烟低卤成束阻燃(SB)型电缆能经受GB12666.5(IEC332-3)规定的成束燃烧试验,且燃烧时烟浓度应符合GB12666.7(IEC1034)规定,燃烧折出气体HCl含量应≤100Mg/g(符合IEC754-1要求)。

5、电缆的载流量是假定:四根电缆成整敷设于45℃环境温度中,且导体温度持续在允许工作温度下的计算值。
Current carrying capacity are calculated on Conditions ,air temperature 45℃,and conductor temperature under allowed continuous working temperatures
