AS/NZS 1802 Standard Type 241.1 1.1/1.1kV Trailing Cable
Application
Trailing cables are widely used in tunneling, mining, open-pit mining and other industries in the frequent winding and unwinding of the cable reel system. It is suitable for underground mining operation, ore transfer vehicles, lifting and hoisting, large logistics, port terminal and so on.

Type and Description
Continuous improvements in cable design and the use of imported materials have significantly enhanced the durability of the trailing cables.
Professional manufacturing equipment for special winding cables (3+1 large untwisting stress extrusion machine, a leader in the industry) ensures precise manufacturing processes.
Trailing cables can withstand scratching, dragging, and winding movements in harsh environments such as mines, pits, mining and tunnels.
They have excellent tensile resistance, insulation withstand voltage, winding withstand voltage, and wear resistance.
The addition of special Kevlar braided and galvanized steel wire has more tensile and torsional characteristics, which can resist the damage caused by tensile force to the cable and the internal structure damage caused by torsional force during the winding process of the reel.
Main characteristics of trailing cables: Capable of withstanding long-term winding and dragging movements, featuring high wear resistance, special tensile strength, high strength, high flexibility, UV resistance (cable does not crack), resistance to complex chemical corrosion, special tensile resistance, oil resistance, and weather resistance (-40℃ to 105℃). Suitable for complex chemical environments and harsh physical conditions, such as industrial & mining. The cable’s service life is about 3 to 5 times that of ordinary rubber-sheathed cables.
